This Prakash Jha film promises to be a breezy, hilarious and heartwarming contemporary entertainer about an urban woman and the unfounded fears she faces as she turns 30. Gul Panag plays Naina the protagonist of the movie who is working in an advertising agency in Mumbai. As she is turning 30 Niana’s life goes haywire with a heartbreak, a crisis in her job and the anxieties that a working single woman faces when she turns 30. How Naina goes from what appears to be a complete disaster to finding balance, love, stability and herself is what this heartwarming story all about.

Set to release on Janaury 14, 2010 the film is made in English and Hindi and is produced by Prakash Jha. Directed by Alankrita Shrivastava ‘Turning 30; has a star cast that includes the vivacious Gul Panag, Purab Kohli, Siddharth Makkar, Tillottama Shome, Jeneva Tlwar, Rahul Singh, Sameer Malhotra and others. Lyrics have been written by Suhas, Kumaar, Raam Goutam and Prashant Pandey and music has been composed by Siddharth and Suhas. Javesh Pradham handled the cinematography while Santosh Mandal did the editing for the film.
