The Tamil sci-fi thriller ‘7aum Arivu’ (English: The Seventh Sense) written and directed by super hit director A.R. Murugadoss and starring Tamil superstar Suriya and Shruthi Hassan is due to release on October 26, 2011.
Made on a colossal budget of Rs. 84 crore, the much awaited film is also being dubbed in Telugu and Hindi. The film was shot in China and India and has Vietnamese actor Johnny Tri Nguyen as the villain. Surya plays Bodhirama a Buddhsit monk in the fifth century and a current day circus artist, Shruti Hassan is Shuba Srinivasan, a circus artist and they are supported by Abhinaya, Guinnes Pakru, Ashwin Kakumanu, Dhanya Balakrishna and others. The film is produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin and is said to be based on a story of a supermachine that is brought to India. With a combination of the visionary director A. R. Murugadoss and Suriya, the film is bound to have enough drama, special effects and action to keep the audiences glued to the screen. Music has been provided by Harris Jayaraj, editing by Anthony Studio and cinematography is by Ravi K. Chandran.
